Hi, I’m Rachel Kerr, DNP, RN
I work with employers to support neurodiversity in the workplace, improving retention of top talent, fostering workplace well-being, and building healthier organizational cultures. An estimated 20% of the workforce is neurodivergent, and the distinct capabilities of neurodivergent individuals are driving innovation and creativity across sectors.
As an autistic leader and entrepreneur with ADHD and a physical disability, my cross-sector experience spans all levels of organizations. My unique perspective via my:
lived experience with my own neurodivergence and disability,
graduate education in process & built environment design,
caring orientation and deep knowledge of health and wellness from years of nursing practice,
drives the design of tailored interventions that promote healthier organizational cultures.
I’m also a dancer, a parent (of neurodivergent kids!), a nature-lover, and an equestrian. My backyard chickens provide a steady stream of eggs, endless laughs, and substantial mischief.
