My Background Influences My Coaching Style

As an experienced nurse, I’ve worked extensively in oncology and end-of-life care.  In this work, I have journeyed with individuals through challenges, transitions, joys, and pains while integrating deep knowledge of human health and neurobiology.  This experience enables me to skillfully hold space for others on their journeys. 

Our session will be

  • Personalized

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing and identifying your goals as a neurodivergent individual. Then, we will create a personalized plan to move towards them.

  • Targeted

    Neurodivergent people have unique needs. I’ll work closely with you on a plan to meet your needs at work so you can be fully supported. The choice to disclose your neurodivergence at work will always be yours alone.

  • Integrative

    I combine expertise from somatics, coaching, deep listening, and workplace dynamics with my extensive knowledge of health and wellness to meet your individual needs.

About my somatic coaching offering:

Training and practicing with the Strozzi Institute for Somatics has been a transformative experience in my healing journey as a neurodivergent individual.  I am now studying in the Institute's Somatic Coach Certification program, learning to facilitate sustained, transformative change in my work with individuals and organizations.  Here, my focus is supporting individuals in working with the wisdom of the body to take actions aligned with their values and vision, even under pressure.  

This support is especially important for neurodivergent individuals (and their colleagues, managers, and allies), as society often teaches those with neurological differences to mistrust or avoid the needs of their own brains and body.  Re-integrating the body as a source of innate wisdom for neurodivergent individuals makes authentic, sustainable transformation and thriving possible.
